1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
a. Damaged or Leaking Product
If the mustard oil bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or tampered, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund.
b. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
The product has been opened or partially used.
The complaint is raised after 5 days of delivery.
The product was damaged due to incorrect storage after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat/sunlight).
Minor packaging dents that do not affect product integrity.
3. How to Request a Refund/Return
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with the following details:

4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed to your bank/UPI account after verification.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
The replacement will be shipped within 2–3 business days after approval.
No extra charges will apply for eligible replacement requests.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
If delivery is refused without a genuine issue, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
